The Amiga “Workbench 1.3 Disk” icon.

Prior to Workbench 1.3, in the user interface, system disks would appear as generic, blank-white, silhouettes of a 3.5in floppy. Released in 1988, to go with the new Amiga 500 and 2000 computers, Workbench 1.3 featured a more realistic icon, even including the classic Amiga “Check” logo.

This downloadable ZIP file includes two 500×500 PNG’s of the Amiga “Workbench 1.3 Disk” Icon, one with a transparent background, the other in classic Workbench blue. Perfect for backgrounds and wallpapers for desktops, tablets and phones.
